3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jili79 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in restriction of account functions including withdrawals.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from jili79 is ₱300. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum threshold.

5.2 Processing Times

jili79 aims to process withdrawals to GCash and Maya within 15 minutes of a confirmed request during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically settle within one hour. Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank. jili79 does not impose administrative delays on standard withdrawals within normal limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Requirements

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jili79 account. jili79 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The first withdrawal from a new account or payment method may require additional identity verification before processing.

5.4 Pending Bonus Wagering

If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, your balance may be split between a "real money" portion (which is withdrawable) and a "bonus" portion (which is not withdrawable until wagering is complete). Attempting to withdraw before meeting bonus conditions may result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being voided. Your original deposit remains withdrawable at any time.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits and Large Amounts

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at jili79 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be bet before it becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering completion (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower rate).

6.2 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on your jili79 account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses or apply a new bonus while an existing one is still being wagered. • Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for purposes other than personal entertainment gaming;
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

In the event of termination for cause, jili79 may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, remaining funds will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

If you wish to close your jili79 account voluntarily, contact support@jili79.net. Any pending wagering requirements or active bets will need to be resolved before closure is complete. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and your use of jili79 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of jili79 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jili79 and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@jili79.net. jili79 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any member dispute fairly and promptly through our standard support process.

jili79's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus calculations are final where they are consistent with these Terms and the applicable game rules.
